All appointments are primarily made in advance by telephone.

• Tuesday is our main surgery day though sometime the case warrants surgery on another day.

Pet Peparation

It is appreciated that all cats are enclosed in a room with OUT a bed or sofa for them to climb under. A travel fee will apply even if the pet is not able to be found at the time of the visit.

Fees and Cancellations

• A travel fee will apply even if the pet is not able to be found at the time of the visit.
• There is a $35 cancellation fee if cancellations are not made 24 hours in advance

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks.

Veterinarian Arrival Policy

We hope the pets will be on the premises and contained. Time spent chasing the animal takes away from the time to exam and discuss the health care of the animal. However, due to the nature of animals and the traffic – we sometimes are detained and not exactly on time – as hard as we try to be prompt!
